Waitlist & Reservation Terms

These terms govern the 77O Parfum waitlist and the reservation of Ascend, our limited release of 1,000 uniquely numbered bottles. By joining the waitlist you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below. This is a plain-language summary intended to be fair to both you and 77O Parfum; it is not a substitute for legal advice. Placeholder contact details are used until final publication.

1. The Waitlist

• Joining the waitlist places a non-binding request to reserve a bottle of Ascend. No payment is collected at this stage.
• Only reservations claimed during the open waitlist window are eligible for the release. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
• A strict limit of two (2) bottles per person applies. Duplicate, automated, or resale-oriented entries may be removed at our discretion.
• Each verified waitlist reservation includes a complimentary sample of Ascend, delivered to the address you provide ahead of the release.

2. Our Commitment to Fulfilment

77O Parfum commits to honour, in good faith, the delivery of the product you have reserved, subject to identity verification, product availability within the 1,000-bottle release, and completion of payment once payment is enabled. Ascend is expected to arrive on or around 20 September 2026. Should the release date change, we will notify reserved clientele by email. If we are unable to fulfil a verified reservation, any amount paid for that reservation will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

No payment functionality is active on this site today. When reservations move to purchase, payment will be handled by a third-party processor (Stripe, Inc.). We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices shown — Just In Case and Embody Love Travel (20 mL) $79.00 each; Full (60 mL) $196.00 for Just In Case and $189.00 for Embody Love; and Ascend $650.00 — are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which may apply to international orders.

4. Privacy & Your Information

• We collect only the information needed to contact you and fulfil your reservation: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We will never make your details available to third parties for their own marketing.
• We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf — for example, payment processing, shipping, and email delivery — and only to the extent needed to serve you.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the channels below.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain functions rely on independent third parties, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

• Hosting & form handling — Netlify
• Payments (when enabled) — Stripe
• Social — Instagram / Meta

77O Parfum is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77O Parfum, its founder, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, participation in the waitlist, or any delay, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction relating to the products. Fragrances are for external use only; please review ingredients and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the release approaches and as payment and shipping are finalised. Material changes will be communicated to reserved clientele by email, and the latest version will always be posted here.
